• To make sure young users have a voice in how the site develops - the data will contribute to a funders’ report at the end of the summer which may inform decisions about the future of the plaza and Skate Haven’s continuation at the site

All personal data is anonymised in reporting — names are never used; only demographic patterns and aggregated insights

• Data is stored securely and only accessed by Skate Haven coordinators

• Photos and videos are only used with the explicit photo/media consent ticked in

• We will never sell or share your data for third-party marketing

• You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time — contact info@skatehaven.org

If you have signed up, changed your mind, and do not intend to participate in a session, you may request to have your data deleted.

This form has to be repeated for each participant if you are signing up for several young people.
